With more than 25 years of experience across travel, hospitality, luxury and lifestyle communications, Carly brings strategic clarity, creativity and commercial thinking to every brief.
After a senior role at a multidisciplinary agency, Carly founded Reed PR to bridge the gap between in-house insight and agency execution, offering a sharp, focused approach to modern communications. That dual experience sets Reed PR apart: few agency founders truly understand the internal pressures, expectations and pace clients face day-to-day. Carly does, and she has built Reed PR around the philosophy of acting as an extension of the client team - proactive, collaborative and fully invested in delivering meaningful results.
Her career spans some of the industry’s most recognised brands, including Universal Parks and Resorts, Virgin Holidays and The View from The Shard, alongside senior leadership roles within PR agencies. Throughout that time, Carly has led high-profile campaigns, partnerships, launches and brand moments across PR, events, talent relations, broadcast, social and integrated marketing.

An enthusiastic and highly organised PR professional, Mia plays an integral role in the day-to-day running of client campaigns, supporting media relations, press office management, influencer activity, events and press trips. She is known for her positive attitude, attention to detail and ability to keep projects moving seamlessly in fast-paced environments.
Working across a range of high-profile travel and lifestyle brands, Mia helps deliver impactful coverage across national, consumer, trade and broadcast media, while building strong relationships with clients, journalists and partners alike.
A Communications graduate from the University of Leeds, Mia brings creativity, energy and a collaborative spirit to the Reed PR team - usually with an iced matcha close by.
