After most recently working for a large multidisciplinary agency, Carly founded REED PR, to bring her now complete in-house and agency experience to bear in a laser focused specialist Travel and Tourism offering to clients around the world.

Whilst at Universal Parks and Resorts, she orchestrated ground breaking European activations, including high-profile launches for iconic attractions like the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. She set up pioneering initiatives, such as the first UK live radio broadcast from the parks and memorable collaborations, like the Ant and Dec Saturday Night Takeaway “Win a Place on the Plane” a hugely popular multi year campaign.
At Virgin Holidays she reshaped the press office and created brand narratives for all sub brands, organised one of the first press trips to be hosted by talent, and introduced exclusive experiences that are now industry standards.
As the Head of Communications at The View from The Shard, she masterminded unparalleled partnerships and activations, showcasing her 360-degree approach to communication covering all aspects of marketing.
Penultimately transitioning to a partner role in a large multidisciplinary PR agency curating and delivering the strategy for esteemed brands and destinations such as Accor’s luxury, mid-scale and economy brands, Antigua and Barbuda, Dubai, Orlando, Air Charter Service, CV Villas, Apollo Helicopters, VistaJet, Fairmont Doha, Fairmont St Andrews, Fairmont Tangier, Fairmont Rabat and Raffles Doha.
